Sneak peak of a painting to come.

Date: Feeling Time Today: It feels like Spring Studio Sketch

I went to the museum today, and couldn't find parking. I told my friends that if I couldn't find parking, I would start my own museum. They reminded me that when Cleveland Clinic served me a terrible boiled egg (while they were saving my life), I said that I would start my own hospital. I explained that Cleveland Clinic and I worked it out and they agreed to a new standard operating procedure for boiled eggs. I ordered a boiled egg because I thought, how do you screw up a boiled egg! They somehow managed. In my defense, I thought it was my last boiled egg. I don't think my friends bought the SOP stuff. What is an artist without his word? ... Just go with it. Now I have to build a museum. All I have now is the preliminary architectural plans for the museum. Stay tuned.

curriculum vitae

ETC. ETC. ETC.
The history of an artist is often told through a ledger of names... My cv is brought to you by the letters c and v and the art. The work stands as the only witness to the time that I've spent making it.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS OVER TIME
Beyond more paint on canvas in the world, my primary accomplishment has been the consistent art making... the doing. The timeline is marked not by accolades, but by the successful translation of an internal vision into something real.

ART MAKING AND THE WILL TO SURVIVE
To exist as an artist is an act of stubbornness. It is the persistent navigation of the space between the imagination and the physical. It's where my wildness lives.

WHY NOT?
The art is here. You're here. The rest is a smile.
